About This role

Key responsibilities will include;

• Displaying an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
• Providing potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends
• Identifying and converting opportunities to sell commercial properties
• Ensuring all necessary tasks associated with listing and selling real estate are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
• Being responsible for co-ordination and placement of advertising and marketing material, as well as the preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
• Assisting with property inspections and auctions and buyer follow up
• Ensuring agreements are accurately documented and executed by the client and Head of Division in a timely manner
• Being aware of the corporate marketing strategies and assist implementation
• Maintaining and improving market knowledge and associated legislation
• Maximising public relations opportunities for the Company
• Submission writing and presenting

What you’ll bring to the table

• Previous Sales Experience
• High level of initiative  
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed
